၃၅၅။ ႏိုင္ငံသားတိုင္းသည္ ျပည္ေထာင္စု သမၼတ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံေတာ္ အတြင္း မည္သည့္ အရပ္ ေဒသ၌ မဆို ဥပေဒႏွင့္ အညီ ေျခစိုက္ ေနထိုင္ခြင့္ရွိသည္။
